1. General Provisions

Welcome to EcoAllGrow. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or booking.

2. Service Offerings

2.1 Training Services

EcoAllGrow offers in-person and online sessions focused on economic and spiritual training. These include one-on-one consultations, group workshops, and guided retreats.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital products include access to online courses, guided meditation recordings, e-books, and other informational materials.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods consist of EcoAllGrow-branded materials, printed books, accessories, and related merchandise.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Training Services

Clients may request a refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Approved requests will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, but clients may reschedule at no extra charge if we receive notice at least 24 hours in advance. Certain specialized retreats and workshops are non-refundable due to resource commitments; however, participants may postpone their booking once without extra charge if they notify us at least 30 days before the event.

3.2 Digital Products

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to accessing any content. Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, no refund can be issued due to the nature of the product.

3.3 Physical Goods

Clients may send the product back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. The cost of sending the product back is the responsibility of the client. After inspection, approved reimbursements will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Scheduling and Changes

Clients may reschedule training sessions by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. For workshops and retreats, rescheduling is allowed once per booking if we receive notice at least 14 days in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

EcoAllGrow is not responsible for any indirect, special, or incidental harm arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.
